Location is great, the gardens and pool are beautiful and the family are helpful.

It’s very noisy - I think I was in a bad location next to reception and family quarters. Couldn’t use the wardrobe as it was quite damp and musty.

Great staff very helpful and very nice. Facilities great for what we needed great central location. Nice pool and big room.

Came across a few cockroaches

The location is great. Walking distance to a lot of stuff in Ubud. Owners very discreet and charming. The little pool is very pleasant and the outdoor area with the temple is amazing. Our room was surprisingly quiet ( near the pool) bearing in mind it’s in central Ubud.

Bathroom a bit ropey. Accommodation basic but did the job.

Good location in Ubud with a nice pool. Hosts were super friendly and helped us with transport to our next location. Breakfast was really yummy and they had a good range of food. Good air conditioning in rooms

Pleasant stay for the price. Had to pay for drinking water. A little loud at night but to be expected in a busy town.

Generally clean, walking distance to restaurants, AC works well, tiny but nice pool and friendly hosts

Rooms are very basic, small and not well maintained (walls coming off due to dampness etc), I found it hard to sleep due to proximity to the street and heavy traffic (also walls between neighbouring room are thin), only source of light is one set of balcony doors that open to the inner courtyard (ie no privacy unless you keep curtains closed); pricey compared to other guesthouses in Ubud; overall I was extremely surprised about the outstanding reviews and cannot echo them

We stayed as a family of four. The family and staff were helpful and lovely, and banana pancakes for breakfast were great! We would stay again in Ubud. The rooms are simple and comfortable, gardens are beautiful and it is a little sanctuary, just a short stroll to the hustle and bustle of Ubud.

The owners are a beautiful local family who looked after anything we needed. The breakfast was incredible, I would definitely come back to stay next time we are in Bali.

The hosts were extremely friendly and made me feel safe and welcomed. It is situated very close to city Center but not too close where u hear lots of noise. Next door is a laundromat which was super helpful for me! The bed was pretty comfortable and A/C was exceptional!

There were lots of ants all over the sink and on the floors. I also woke up to a cockroach on the floor next to me one morning. The place looks and feels very clean and I do not feel has anything to do with the hosts. This is just something out of your control in a tropical climate, being on the ground floor.
