The provided waters and the shower were nice.

I had put my husband's name as the main guest as I knew I would not be arriving until much after him as I was in another city. This location had mobile check in with a man who was working remote from a computer-there were no physical staff on hand-there also was a line because only 1 guest was allowed in check in lobby at a time-my husband got soaked standing out in the rain then my husband was not allowed to check in our room because his name was not on the credit card and had to sit outside in his car during a rainy cold night. He had to sit there for over 2+hours until I arrived. He developed a cold from this experience and had to miss 1 day of work. I would like a refund for a stay and also a credit for his missed work day. Please have someone contact me at 717-319-1265 or gustergirl_1227@yahoo.com to discuss further.
