Penn Lodge Hotel & Suites

Bed was hard, the shower had no hot water , coffee rings on the nightstand

It was clean, the shower was nice. There was a power outlet close to the bed.

They’re motel style rooms, but there was only a very simple lock on the door, no security latch, so it didn’t feel safe at all. There was no coffee machine in the room, there was a space in a different building with vending machines, but it didn’t even have bottled water, neither was there a water fountain to get drinking water. The lights in the room were very bright, made it feel like I was in an office space. There was no actual person to check you in, but a remote person and a screen/kiosk. There was a desk behind a metal grate where someone could check people in in person, but there was no one there and it felt very sketchy. Because it was Princeton graduation weekend it was the cheapest place I could find in the area, but in hindsight I’d rather have paid a little more for an actual hotel. The building was also very noisy, I could hear the people upstairs talking and walking around.

Disgusting place

The style of the room. The brick was beautiful and the little kitchenette was very cute. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was very clean. The area of this stay was very quiet and private. Very nice for 1-4 people stay.

The door gave me some trouble and I was actually stuck in the room at one point. I had to pull the handle down really hard to open the door.
