The front, Desk lady Billy was absolutely amazing went over and beyond did everything she could to make us happy…

Some of the dayshift could be a little friendlier, and the rooms need updating

I went to Kentucky for a quick trip to visit family and when I pulled into the Cinncinati airport to return my car I realized I left my suitcase at the hotel! Thank goodness the manager was able to ship it to me the next day. I couldn't thank her enough!

The night staff when we checked in like something to be desired, but the morning staff was pretty pleasant.

The room was in disarray, The ceiling had been leaking and you could see bubbles where water was pooling, the bathroom had mold around the tub, and the bathtub faucet was broken loose and wiggly. The fridge didn't keep our items cold.

"Subpar stay"

The indoor pool seemed lackluster, large amount of chlorine smell (a plus considering the large group with boisterous kids), the pool was not heated very cold water (hotel probably cheaping out on the power bill), pool deck drains clogged
