"Crooked Thieves"

This hotel is a complete RIP-OFF They took my booking and then had to cancel 10 minutes later. They keep your money and do not give it back! You can call and call and all they do is put you off or hang up on you. They didn't even send an email. Completely crooked organization and thieves.

"Would look for another Hampton in the area"

We stayed at this Hampton for three nights. It was adequate. Friendly and efficient people at the front desk. Hotel was quiet. It needs some updates. There was a stain on the carpet between the two beds. There needs to be a towel bar in the bathroom and a hook on the door. The breakfast was ok but the eggs were unappetizing. Would probably not stay here again

Night shift receptionist at the front desk, she was amazing, polite, and very efficient.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, made for a rough night sleep.

"Declining Hampton"

The bathroom in our room was close to totally unacceptable. Mold all around the ceiling and all the bath handles were just about to fall off the walls. The beds are worn out and need replaced. In this week long trip trip we stayed at 4 different hotels (2 other different brands). Each got better as we went , this Hampton was the worst and most expensive (barely 2 star) of all!! I am just about through booking Hampton, as it seems its a declining brand from what it used to be.
