The room was comfortable and clean with 1 exception. The bathtub drain shutoff was dirty underneath. I noticed because I have 2 young children who took baths. The staff, with the exception of one person, were not friendly or easily found for assistance. The breakfast wasnt great. Fresh fruit and yogurt are usually staples and werent offered. overall we were pleased and would stay again.

"Stay somewhere else"

The hotel staff was nice. But everyone looked like they just finished yoga class. Leggings, Lycra, sleeveless. Very unexpected for a Hampton. Elevator broke. Our room was the last one on the end. Every time the stairwell exit door slammed, our door shook and slammed too. Waking us all night long. Toilet ran after every use. Had to open the tank lid and pop the float. By morning the room was flooded. Breakfast had no waffles, no OJ, coffee not made, hot water is Luke warm. Just got worse the longer we were there. Spend $ at a hotel with some dignity

"Doing their best, but yikes!"

The front desk staff was great! They were slammed with some angry/tired spring breakers and went out of their way to help us when the room we had booked was unavailable.

Everything other than the staff! Facility felt/was dirty, didn't want to touch anything or use the shower

"Had problems confirming our stay. Said our room was paid be didn’t have credit card number to check us in."

People were smoking weed outside in the parking lot. Could smell it coming through our air conditioning unit.

"Dorty Bathroom"

Lobby bathroom had no paper towels and no soap. Toilet had urine stains and hair on it. It looked like a gas station bathroom - not something I expect at a Hampton Inn
