Location molto curata e attenzione alla pulizia. Personale cordiale, discreto, attento e disponibile. Camera molto confortevole con terrazzo. Colazione e Menù serale ottimi. Servizi spa, corsi di pilates e yoga con personale qualificato. Bellissima area piscina esterna. Piacevole l'area serale, dopo cena, con sottofondo di musica soft (a volte anche dal vivo) e drink a completa disposizione con la soluzione all inclusive.

In una struttura di questo livello si sente molto la mancanza di un idromassaggio. Per soggiorni di almeno 6/7 notti sarebbe gradita una promozione visto il costo molto elevato del soggiorno. Soltanto per questo non do 10, per tutto il resto davvero eccellente!

The spa itself is stunning with a beautiful aesthetic, very clean and well maintained. We had day passes and were warmly welcomed by Lara at reception who was fantastic. Unfortunately the rest of our experience was let down by poor communication from other staff. The sauna signs stated no swimwear which felt uncomfortable as two young women with older men using the facilities at the same time. Reception later clarified we could use towels, but when we reentered and tried to cover ourselves appropriately we were interrupted mid sauna and told it was naked only. This was an awkward and unpleasant encounter. On top of that when I asked a staff member for the WiFi code he agreed to check but never came back. Overall the facilities are excellent but some staff interactions and the way the sauna policy was handled really dampened what could have been a perfect visit.

Poraz kolejny odwiedziłem to urocze miejsce i po raz kolejny jestem zachwycony. Hotel nie tylko utrzymuje wysoki poziom, ale wręcz go podniósł – szczególnie pod względem kuchni, strefy SPA oraz zajęć sportowych i jogi. Atmosfera, profesjonalna obsługa i dbałość o każdy detal sprawiają, że wyjazd z tego miejsca zawsze wiąże się z lekkim żalem. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka relaksu na najwyższym poziomie.

Vi grinede på vej dertil og var enige om at med de høje ratings hotellet havde kunne vi kun blive skuffede, men nej det er 10 ud af 10 værd. Det har været de bedste penge vi har brugt på denne ferie. Vi anbefaler det helt sikkert

Absolutely everything! It was perfect from start to finish and the most friendly and welcoming owners and staff that make everything so special with lots of little touches to make it extra special!! The food is incredible and there is no need to spend a penny when you are there as everything you could possibly need is included. Of course you can add treatments and speciality drinks but this is not necessary and we loved trying the local spritz. Could not recommend this hotel more and would not hesitate to book if you are planning a trip to the area!
