Sensoria Dolomites

This was my second time here, and I will be back for a third. The hotel is in a quieter area. You feel secluded from the rest of the area without being so. The staff, the food, the location is all excellent

We never write bad reviews but compelled to do so as time is precious and we all work so hard for our money. That being said, This place is all marketing, no substance. The ‘mountain’ hotel is surrounded by a road with loads of coaches and tourists and is situated at the base of the number one tourist attraction. This is not an oasis. Its a tourist trap. There is no expertise here. There is no real chef. The owner is the chef and he has no cooking skills. More importantly it feels like you are in a cult. No one is happy, there are weirdly positive quotes on everything from the sugar packets to the napkins to the menu to the room. We spoke to so many of the guests and they said they felt sad and disappointed with their choice of coming there. Obviously the only smart choice the owners made was spending money to promote the place. Stay in bolzano or lake garda. You will be so much happier. Happy travels.

Bestes Hotel in Südtirol. Coming back!

We are just on the way back to the airport and already discuss when to come back. This hotel exceeded all our expectations! True Luxury for the soul- would highly recommend to anyone who has very high standards re food/ location/ spa/ atmosphere/ drinks/ ski slopes or all of the above ! The quality of everything is very high- super comfortable rooms/ common areas with fantastic attention to details. Lea and family really made it a very special place for people to visit. Special mentions to Ravi, Dionis, Monica, Antonio and of course Lea & Simon ! This is the place not only to unwind but also treat yourself for an incredible food- the kitchen team and the Chef delivered absolutely magical experience! Pool, saunas, aroma room, relaxation area, massages- superb ! My soul is already missing this spot ! We are keen skiers, so can attest that the hotel is very well located- you walk 2 minutes to lift Seiser Alm That takes you to a huge range of lifts and slopes . Although super close to the slopes, you beat the busy crowds so works perfectly (we left skis and boots on the mountains at a locker). Thank you for everything!

Everything! the breakfast, dinners and how nice the staff was! very thoughtful recommending even where to go run! and they were amazing for our dog Alfred giving him dog cookies in the room.
