KK Sapa Hotel

Very nice hotel! We enjoyed our stay at KK Sapa. The service was great - they even surprised my boyfriend with a cake for his birthday. The balcony views were stunning and all of the facilities and amenities were top tier. Only disappointment was the construction noises. It was incredibly loud and constant from 8am to 6pm everyday, which definitely impacted the serenity. Wish we were told about this beforehand.

I would highly recommend staying at KK Sapa Hotel if you plan to travel to Sapa. The property is very clean. Buffet breakfast included diverse options for diners. All the staff we interacted with were warm, friendly and helpful. And the view from my room balcony was incredible.

Well maintained hotel and it was very convenient - we could walk to places of attraction under 10 mins by foot Staffs were helpful and were able to communicate well in English. There was a small but functional gym and indoor pool jacuzzi too. A pool table was available to play too Our room which was mountain facing had a balcony and sitting area which we could catch sunset

Good service and very hospitable. Jennie waa super helpful and friendly, she provided lots of information and very helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the stay in Sapa.

Has a second lobby on the 15th floor for easier access to the town

Foods

Hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of food options. Balcony view of the valley with rice fields is breathtaking. Hotel is in walking distance to town center and Fansipan ticket office. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended.
