KK Sapa Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at KK Sapa Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sarah who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were great and there were many things to choose from at breakfast. The only downside to my stay was the noise from the construction works that were happening right next door. A real shame that it was so loud during the day. However, I would recommend this hotel and I would visit again if I returned to Sapa :)

Love everything in this hotel, decor, room, cleanliness, location, atmosphere and staff! Breakfast buffet is so amazingly good! Ling-William and Lucy are very helpful, patient and kind. I totally recommend this hotel, you won’t regret!

Nice Valley and Mountain View. Injured my leg due to the bed. Knocked three times. Bed need to improve.

Good hotel and friendly staffs and would stay again in future

Good location and great view.

Great hotel to see the mountains (if you get a room with a view, otherwise you’ll be stuck with a room facing the street and their balcony doors are not sound proof, hence you’ll feel you have your door open). The place is a bit far from downtown, but it’s a very nice 30 minute leisure walk because you go through a lot of nice restaurants and stores. Alternatively, if you want to go to cat cat village, taking the main exit will bring you closer to your destination.

This was a pleasant stay. Would have been perfect if the lady at breakfast didn’t stop me from pouring coffee into my coffee mug, not sure why that was such a big deal since coffee came with breakfast. Other than that the staff was very helpful and love that they keep our luggage after we checked out so that we can continue to explore. The room was all good and close to local attractions.

We enjoyed staying at KK Spa hotel in Sa Pa. The service was excellent. Unfortunately there was construction works nearby (not related to the hotel) which was overbearing during the day. The staff tried very hard to make our stay comfortable despite this nuisance. Would definitely stay here next time.

From the picture, the hotel looks amazing…but once we arrived it was quite run down. The staff and service were great despite the exterior and interior looks a bit outdated

Location is great and the breakfast is wonderful. Staff needs more training in customer service. There is a front and back entrance which is convenient but on the back stairs which are slippery when wet there are no rails.
