Good service

The facilities are excellent and top notch. Provided hot ginger tea upon arrival at the reception without questions asked. Warm our hearts at best.

I requested for a complimentary late check out at 130pm instead of the normal time 12pm when I check in. However, staff told me I have to check again next morning as they are not are not sure of availability. Next day, I went to ask as advised. Initially they said it is full and I cannot do a late check out. Subsequently they told me I can pay a half day room till 6pm to secure the room. It is quite frustrating as there is no intent to allow late check out. They should have outright said not possible instead of making me ask again, only to be told I can do it if I pay. Eventually, they let me check out at 1230pm. Their breakfast was also terrible and I paid VND 300k per pax on my day of arrival.

Breakfast were the best, very efficient and hard working. Front desk-first impressions-gentlemen were awesome staff but ladies we very inefficient, not follow through. Spa staff a a waste of money. Leadership aren't the best, standing there with lots of authority but don't do much-again breakfast and housekeeping staff are the plus for this hotel.

Nice hotel,needs improvement in customer service but overall I would recommend.

Excellent location and size for family of 4

Helpful staff, amazing area. Walking distance to the center, and easy to catch a taxi if walking isn't feasible for some reason. Staff also speaks English, which made everything easy.

We loved staying at KK Sapa Hotel. We had the rice views which were fantastic as we stayed on the 17th floor. I loved that the hotel had a back entrance to the town too. It had everything we needed, extra towels, hand towels, soap, places to hang up our towels. The hotel had thought of everything and it made our stay really nice not having to think about things that other hotels or airbnbs don’t think about! They let us leave our bags earlier too and we paid for later check out which helped too.

Nancy, the front desk manager helped us in booking Fansipan and helped me prep some food for my baby on the journey back to Hanoi. She also helped in some small issues and she is so honest in telling me they overcharged me for my Fansipan tickets (we got combo). Only thing that was quite frustrating would probably be the restaurant for breakfast were quite overbooked and we need wait without a proper queuing system from them. The restaurant is quite understaffed and staff are not trained to handle guests. There were some Vietnamese guests, who just walked in without telling the staff their room number and also without queueing up! They claimed they can take over the table where their friends have already finished their breakfast earlier, but that will be unfair because there are people queuing up to take over the next table. In addition, it seems the staff might not know English well hence they got frustrated with me when they are not able to communicate what we can do?

Nothing to fault with this property. We were looked after by the fabulous staff from the moment we arrived. We were presented with a welcome drink, our bags were stored until checkin (we arrived early after travelling to Sapa on the overnight train) and we were offered the use of showers in the pool area. This continued throughout our stay, with Sarah checking in on us every day via WhatsAp to see if we needed any advice or assistance with planning our day. We have never had this level of personalised service anywhere else we have stayed. The room was very spacious, and the view… wow! The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of town, making it quiet but only a short 5 minute walk to all the nearby shops and cafes. While there is some construction next door at the moment, we were not disturbed by this at all. Overall, this hotel is incredible value for money.
