Newer unit, easy access, good value, good space. Responsible hosts. Big park across the street for jogging, walking.

Because of the open style shower, water often got on the floor of the bathroom.

"good but had higher expectations."

host responsiveness. location. wifi was good too. ac worked fine. overall easy to access and travel to/from. smooth stay. even if we had some nitpicks the host was responsive.

the nearby park is full of homeless people. the couch was dirty. the bathroom had some weirdly looking stains. the pictures make it look better than it was.

"Great location, very supportive host and with a few improvements it would be very good value for money."

Located outside tourist areas but just a few metro stops from major attractions. Quiet neighbourhood with a terrific local feel and very upscale shops, eateries nearby. Host was very responsive when there was a problem with the code access to keys to the apartment.

Oversized furniture made the apartment feel smaller than necessary. Not having blackout curtains in the bedroom is disappointing for anyone wanting to sleep past 7am. Shower outlet adjuster required supreme strength to operate. No ice cube tray in 35+C heat was disappointing. For the price paid, one would expect more than 4 coffee pods for a couple staying 4 nights.
