Very nice apartment, cosy and comfy. Well equipped from dishwasher to washing machine. Everything you need...

Think twice if you want to use the parking. You will have to enter a car elevator which is really small. My car, Mazda3, barely fitted and I only managed with mirrors flapped in and a second person guiding me...

Location was great; bed was comfy; some coffee was supplied;

Apartment was cold, but this was probably due to weather. Handle on front gate of property was missing on day 3, making it very difficult to get out :)

The location.

To get around to the far side of the bed, you had to squeeze between the wal and corner of the bed due to the angle of the room. If you are a bigger person, you will have to crawl over. It is that tight! We stayed 4 nights and no offer/opportunity to.ger fresh towels as there are no personnel available. There was a lot of noise from adjacent apartments/upstairs... it was just noisy!

Um ótimo apartamento, bem localizado numa zona tranquila do centro de Madrid. Espaçoso, confortável e bem decorado, no 1º andar de um prédio relativamente moderno, fica a 10-15 minutos a pé de 3 estações de metro e tem várias lojas, cafés e restaurantes a menos de 5 minutos. O acesso, por código, foi fácil e rápido. Todas as comunicações com o anfitrião foram por mensagem mas com respostas rápidas e sempre a tentar fazer o máximo.

O preço é um pouco alto para a zona de Madrid, mas não se pode dizer que seja excessivo. De resto, nada mais a assinalar.
