Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport

I rarely give bad reviews but this place truely needs better management and staff. My tub was missing a drain stopper, when i got my kitchen supplies every piece had left over for on it, and the stop and go breakfast was only coffee that was out as well as only a few oatmeals. When told the coffee was out, the staff responded rudely that i need to wait 10 minutes or more. For me, waiting wasn't an issue, but i felt like me even asking for coffee was a huge inconvenience for them. Really disappointed.

There was a homeless person laying on the grass in front of the property when I got there . Brenda and the guy at the front desk were nice but the place sucks. The room was a good size but very outdated and smelled. The floor was very sticky and the couch has a urine smell. There was poop in the elevator and people walking around with big dogs. Trash all over the hallways. The back door didn’t require a key to enter, meaning anyone can go in. Someone was running around in the middle of the night yelling and knocking on doors . This place is definitely not what looks like online. It feels very unsafe and dirty. No trash can available in the room, blow dryer or extra blankets. When I called the front desk I was told there was none available. Definitely do NOT recommend this place you’re better off staying in your car.

Bugs

Este hotel es casa de homeless, drogadictos, está demasiado sucio , todo el hotel hiele horrible, la alfombra tenía manchas de sangre , y la Puerta estaba dañada porque alguien la abrió forzosamente. Este lugar es demasiado inseguro jamás se hospeden ahí. La persona del lobby de llama Brenda y al principio fue muy desagradable su actitud pero cuando le pedí que quería que me remmbolsara mi dinero porque no quiera estar ni un momento más en ese hotel si accedió a reembolsarme el dinero .

Run down. Apparently housing for low income individuals.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and kitchen clean. Parking lot was shady random people sitting in cars. Friendly workers at front desk.

Property has roaches. It is clean on the surface, but they are infested. At check in and when I entered my room 2 men knocked loud about 1 hour later while I was napping and said they needed to check something. I was annoyed because there was no notice at check in. And it was not an emergency! they talked that they would just check again later. What was the whole point in disturbing me.

We got a non smoking room and still has light smell of cigarette smell in the room. Just a heads up to those coming here.

Clean

It was dirty, and stinky. Light and phone didn’t work. Cigarette burn marks on the counter. Only one trash can. No coffee. Parking lot was scary and full of trash.
