Downbeach Inn

This room had a leaking sink leaking toilet tub dirty no washcloths dirty shower curtain people sleeping on the steps next to the room attendant banging on the door because my car alarm went off didn't give me a chance to get to the door he kept banging until i opened it floor extra sticky freezer dirty microwave dirty

There were unsavory people laying around the property the manager was rude about returning my deposit we had to call multiple time about my deposit. So i reckoned paying you deposit in cash if you stay there. One room had no comforters the office had no linen for the rooms

Don’t feel like I was in the safest area, that was reflected in the guests that were staying here. A lot of commotion outside, someone random kept knocking on my door thinking it was his room. Bare basics if you’re in for it!

Run down. Not well maintained. Non smoking room smells of smoke with cigarette burns on comforter. Noisey.

Completely ran down and not clean

Slept in my work clothes nd shoes on all I’m saying is I still itch

Upon check in found dirty sheets with hair on bed. In shower I found mens underwear hanging. I highly doubt they really cleaned. Room smells like cigarettes. Bathroom mirror has creepy message on pen and they didn’t erase. TV does not work. Even it’s cheap place I still paid good amount to stay and it’s absolutely not worth staying. It’s loud at night and not safe either.

My stay was horrible

It was the worst hotel I ever saw. Most items were broken. It smelled horrible! I had to look for new place to stay in the middle of the night!!!

Clean and comfortable, great staff, it was a totally great experience and I will be there in two weeks again 😄💗
