It was terrible and I didn’t stay very long, the room smelled like cigarettes and there were cigarette burns on the sheets so it’s very clear they don’t clean up well. Also there were ROACHES!! Literally everywhere it was disgusting and when I checked out I asked if they was a way I could get a refund or something and they said no. It’s a terrible place to stay so do not stay here!

I would have been pleasantly surprised if the room looked anything like the picture. The walls were dehydrated-piss-green, we killed a roach within the first 5 minutes, my parents provided more support through my adolescents than the pillows, there were stains on the carpets, comforters, and pillow cases... We received no room service, two makeup-stained towels for three people where we had to retrieve them, the bathroom granite counter was on its last legs, the wattage is less than needed for Android and Iphone, and the fact that the lack of shades for the stain glass windows had us experiencing sunrise was just spectacular. Walls are paper thin so shoutout to our neighbor Shelly and her 3am drug deal for being the most entertaining part of the weekend.

I wasted my money... I checked out early the next morning and had to go spend more unnecessary money to book the rest of my stay at the Howard Johnson hotel... Downbeach hotel was trifling... Pure filth.. I did not have a fitted sheet cover on my mattress. The top comforter and pillow cases were dirty and had stains on them. I definitely need a refund in which I never received. My 3 year old son has asthma which was compromised due to a tremendous amount of smoke in the room we got no sleep because my son was up all night coughing... I let management know they told me welcome to Atlantic City. This was the worst birthday experience I ever had in my life ... Wasted my money due to poor customer service and filthy trifling conditions

Very outdated. Original room was never cleaned, but received another room which was slightly cleaner (on 2nd floor even though there was an empty room downstairs). Cigarette burns on dirty sheets. Lights didn't work. Most outlets didn't work.

Needs some major upgrades.There is a $15 parking fee and they don't even guarantee parking in their lot if you leave.

The property charges an undisclosed $40 cash deposit. Rooms are no smoking but smell like stale cigarette smoke. There were stains on the comforter, box spring, and lamp shades.

I've never been to Atlantic City, and it's NOT for me. Let's start there, so I might be a much harsher critic. Beyond that, I was there for a race and needed a great nights rest. I cheaped out and paid the price; the room was noisy, lot's of people coming and going all night, stank like cigs, floor was gross, etc.

Terrible stay I had to leave because it was so disgusting sheets weren’t washed people were loud the tv didn’t word the ac was not good at all, filters were never cleaned. Had to leave and did not give a refund at all

the rooms are neglected and the bathrooms are used out of necessity. they need maintenance.
