"Exceptional"

La ubicación, muy tranquila y rodeada de plantaciones de plataneros, un sitio perfecto para descansar. Presiosas vistas al mar y el Teide. La amabilidad del propietario que fue muy atento con nosotros, incluso nos dejó bebida y fruta fresca en el frigo al llegar. Un apartamento cómodo, con todo lo necesario y con una zona de piscina en la que nuestros hijos disfrutaron. Buena ubicación, cerca de Puerto de la Cruz y la Orotava y con acceso cercano a la autopista para poder visitar la isla.

No tenemos ninguna queja.

"Two nights in to our six-night stay, we found alternative accommodation and left."

The view from the apartment was lovely. Quiet location. A nice walk down to the sea along the cliff tops.

The bedroom had a weird fusty smell which woke us up regularly each night. One of the two gas rings in the kitchen didn't work which made cooking difficult. The sofa was grubby and not particularly comfortable.

"Hübsche, ruhige Lage inmitten von Bananenplantagen"

Die Lage inmitten der Bananenplantage, Blick auf Teide und Meer (nur von der oberen Terrasse sieht man beides). Vogelzwitschern zum Frühstück, wunderschöner Garten vom Vermieter sehr gepflegt. Willkommen sehr herzlich auf Englisch und Spanisch mit Obstkorb usw, danach herrliche Ruhe.

Die obere Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Meer- und Bergblick. Die anderen Wohnungen blicken glaube ich mehr auf den hübschen Pool und den Berg.

Host had bread, cheese, juice, milk and a large bowl of fruit stocked for arrival. Pool was lovely.

Access road and parking spaces were very narrow.

L'environnement, les vues, le calme, la proximite de Puerto de la Cruz et de la ville de La Orotava La corbeille de fruits a l'arrivee

L'exiguite de l'appartement no. 4, moins de 30 m2 alors que presente sur l'annonce a 50m2 Presence phosphorescente du plafonnier au-dessus du lit toute la nuit, tres genante pour le sommeil, signalee mais sans reaction de la part du proprietaire Places de parking insuffisantes devant la propriete (4) pour 5 appartements, vu l'etroitesse de l'acces du chemin Presence de petits vers noirs au sol de la cuisine et de la salle de bains Reaction incomprehensible et offensante de leur agence gestionnaire, Suite au probleme d'evacuation des eaux usees, alors que nous avons fait preuve de patience, comprehension et meme empathie (voir rapport particulier a Booking.).
