The hotel is situated in the middle of the town. It has a modern style and is dominantly used by families. It offers a full pension system with a buffet for breakfast, lunch and supper. Quality is OK. The light in the dining room is bad. Personnel is friendly.
We are staying at this poor hot el for three days with a group of more then 40 days. The rooms are small, the beds are uncomfortable. Food is very poor and 3 members from our group were poisoned from the food and lost tours. Not recommended at all.
We stayed here for a week at the end of December for a skiing holiday. We got one of their extra large rooms. The room was huge and beautiful. All meals were provided in the hotel. We were really happy with the food. Although it did not vary much over the course of the week the quality was good and everything tasted nice. The staff were very nice. helpful and always friendly Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
KZWe paid $100 for 1 night, which by Georgian standards is pretty expensive. The food was good, although buffet style. The breakfast offer looked suspiciously like the lunch and dinner food. The pool is small and the sauna is a bit cut off from the rest of the health centre facilities. The location was great even if it's not particularly well sign-posted. The bed was quite uncomfortable as the sheets are so hard you get friction burns on them!
We were with a group traveling through Georgia at the end of winter season when still snowing up there at 1,000 meters high. The hotel was comfortable, the rooms quite spacious, breakfast nothing to write home. This hotel was almost the only one open between seasons at the end of the winter but with a delay in spring. Dinner at the hotel was even worse than the breakfast. If you have any opportunity try to eat elsewhere.
