Su ubicación

Uff me decepcionó y siempre me he quedado ahí. Esta ocasión nos mandaron al último piso, no ayudaron con el equipaje aunque vieron que iba un adulto mayor y un niño conmigo. Pedí Toallas en recepción me dijeron que "no sabían donde estaban guardados los blancos" ya que yo reserve para 4 y solamente pusieron 3. Con los desayunos tampoco me quisieron dar los 4 boletos el último día, solamente para 3 (los días anteriores yo por cuestión de tiempo no desayune ahí, ya que dan el servicio super tarde). El baño de la habitación tenía una puerta corrediza y estaban sin terminar de pintar unas partes de la habitación... En fin, todo lo contrario a las experiencias anteriores :(

No tiene elevador, es complicado el acceso con maletas, la cama un poco incómoda, además pésimo servicio en el desayuno, tienes que esperar casi 1 hora para que te sirvan y demasiado desesperante y a los huéspedes del hotel les sirven menos porción que a los que no están en el hotel.
