Nice small hotel, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant they have is good also to get a quick bite and coffee. Staff was helpful and welcoming both at the hotel and the restaurant.

The place looks beautiful and modern, the room looked nice.

We didn’t like the fact that the staff doesn’t speak English. They used Google Translate and it was difficult to communicate. They charge a hefty fee for early check in. There are no restaurants in the area. It’s a boring area with not much around.

The people working at the hotel were very nice. The breakfast at the restaurant was convenient and good, though the service was quite slow. We found some excellent restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the decor was basic. The window shades could be in the up or down position, but not in between. The shower water ran into the bathroom, getting everything wet. The room was small with no place to sit but on the bed, though there was one chair on the balcony. We could not get the safe to work. The walls were unpainted with just raw press board (maybe that was the decor?)

Very comfortable hotel, close to the downtown and the museum of history and botanical garden. The room was big and lovely. the staff super nice.

Even though is only a few blocks from the downtown, the streets get a little lonely at night, for a woman traveling alone this detail was a bit inconvenient.

Spacious rooms. Centrally located . Front desk staff very helpful.

Lacked a bit of charm and attention to detail . Garden was under renovation and not pleasant to spend time in . A shame as rooms are good .

In a good position for the Botanical garden and museums .

The staff was friendly and parking was safe behind the gate. Bathroom was cool. The rest of the room was chipboard which is very weird. Perhaps it's still under construction.

The whole purpose with the balcony was so I could go out there and have a cigarette. When I got out there it has a big sign that says no smoking.
