The location was easy and even tough we just spend a day there it was easy access to ATM and local restaurant nearby.

- it was really hot in the room - if you book a tour with them, know that it's overpriced and not flexible

The staff, the bed, the balcony, the location, overall was nice. We ask for an extra blanket and was no problem to get it. The breakfast was good.

No elevator wich is fine but I didn't notice while making the resevation and my dad is a bit old and nobody helps with the bags. It will be nice to have plugs near the beds. The door's lock was a little loose

rooms were basic but clean and the staff were great.

Great and helpful staff who booked a canyon tour and a taxi for us on our departure day. Balconies with each room. Great little onsite restaurant - breakfast here was very tasty and there was a lot of choice!

I really wanted to like this hotel more and had higher expectations based on the pictures online and some of the other reviews. Unfortunately, the hotel is starting to show quite a bit of wear and tear, and it felt like not a lot of love has gone in since it was built and started it’s operation. Issues we encountered with our room: - No toilet seat - had to sit directly on the cold porcelain :( - Balcony light not working, so sitting in the dark after sunset - Only one bright light in the room - no reading light - In-room safe not working and couldn’t be used at all - No hooks anywhere to hang your towel etc - Poor and unreliable WiFi connection - Could not pay by card despite the card machine being there - was told it wasn’t working, despite the light being on.. With a little room TLC and maintenance you’d create a much better experience for your customers!
