Dada Premium Aparthotel

We were kept awake all night from the outside trams despite the rooms being described as soundproofed. We were not sent codes to get in to the apartments so stood on the pavement for half hour at midnight.

Great hotel had everything we needed in room...within walking distance to everything...arrived before check in and was able to contact hotel and get codes for the storage luggage room..we had a room at the front of hotel the tram runs outside a bit annoying first thing in the morning but wouldn't stop me staying again

Very nice hotel room in the vivid neighbourhood. Beautiful view from the balcony :-) we stayed 2 nights and everything went well.

Perfect Location, very comfortable, clean and cosy place. Self check-in option. Safe and not noisy area. Highly recommended 😃

Pleasently surprised by the appartment given how affordable it was for 5 nights. Was able to store baggage before check-in at 3pm. Room clean, tidy and really good size. Location really good, with a lot to do nearby. 15 min walk to main square and close enough for pick ups with the excursions we booked. Would reccommend.

We had a lovely stay at the DaDa premium Aparthotel, the room was spacious and very clean, it had everything we needed! It was in a great location with busy shops and lots of restaurants nearby, we would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Krakow

Hotel is in a great location - everything is in walking distance with a large selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and beds comfortable - is there anything else you need in a room on a city break where you are out and about most of the time. I contacted hotel before arrival as we arrived before check in and they provided details for the luggage room until check in time at which we received a text with details how to access key and room details. I’ve never used unmanned check in before and this just ran smoothly. We were at the back of the hotel with a balcony although didn’t get much use in October

So, we arrived a little earlier than planned. Could not access the hotel as there are no staff available it is all digital. Even though it states if you arrive early you can store your luggage. We had to call back to the UK to get assistance. We finally got the main door access code, we asked where the luggage storage room was and we were told “the door to the right of the elevator” we spent 20 minutes trying to access the door to the right of the elevator with no luck. We messaged again, they asked for photos of the door - it was the wrong door because the door it should have been was camouflaged (which in one respect is good but if they told us that it would have been helpful!) we then went and just made it for our first trip. On our return we collected our luggage and tried the lift - out of order, doors kept opening & closing but went nowhere. So we had to climb the stairs to the second floor all with heavy suitcases & one member of our party waiting for a knee replacement. Room was clean & airey (one positive) internet ( advertised as free WiFi) was very temperamental so we reported it & was told someone would check it the next day. Lift was also reported as out of order, again told someone would check it. We stayed here for 3.5 days internet was rubbish for our entire stay so ran up a bill with my mobile provider !! Lift out of order for our entire stay so again after spending all day walking around beautiful Krakow having to climb the stairs to our apartment. Advice for any travellers to Krakow - stay somewhere else

My partner and I are finishing our last stay here and safe to say we are devastated to leave. The hotel is located in the south of the city which was perfect for us as we got to explore each part on our walk to the square. Trams/bus routes are located outside the hotel which are easily accessible. Shops are also available outside the hotel. The hotel was modern, spacious and clean. Thank you so much for making trip worth it. We would definitely recommend this hotel - and we will definitely be back! :)
