Dada Premium Aparthotel

I have to admit, out of all the holidays and hotels I’ve experienced, this one has been by far the worst. Upon arrival, we were given a PIN to access a card that would eventually allow us into our room once it was ready. We had booked a “premium” apartment located at the top of the building, which meant climbing 96 steps with our luggage since the lift was out of order. We were provided with only three cheap toilet rolls, which we assumed would be replenished daily — they weren’t. In fact, they were replaced just once, and only because we specifically asked. None of our bins were emptied throughout our five-night stay, which was extremely inconvenient, especially for a group of girls who might need the bathroom bin for sanitary reasons. Our towels were replaced only once, and the bedding was never changed. There was no housekeeping service, and we didn’t see a single staff member until the day we checked out. Carrying our luggage back down those same stairs was also quite dangerous, as the steps were uneven, deep, and narrow. The room itself was dirty and appeared to have been neglected or even vandalised. On top of that, there was a constant unpleasant smell of rotten eggs throughout the apartment. Paying £400 for this accommodation felt like a complete waste of money. I genuinely cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.

It was amazing. Self check in it is very useful, room is clean big and comfortable, comfortable location. We really enjoyed our time in the dada aparthotel

We had a good stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very conveniently located to public transportation and has plenty of food options nearby. The self check-in was easy and stress free. The room was very comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive! I would stay here again!

No reception, self check-in, lift out of order so climbed up & down stairs and million times over 4 days, bath towels torn, towels only changed when requested, bins only emptied if requested, no instructions in room for anything ( TV, air-conditioning etc ) Quadruple room is carpeted but no cleaning done during a 4 night stay so very dirty by end of stay. notice in hallway says 100 PLN for taxi to airport but previous email from accommodation said 114 however we were charged 140. Location is good but it's not premium accommodation as the title would have you believe- I'd say max 3 star in UK terms.

We stayed at Dada Premium Aparthotel with friends for a weekend and were really pleased! The apartment was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Great location and friendly staff made our stay even better. Definitely recommend!

This was by far the worst apartment I have ever visited in Kraków. The rooms were dirty, the door handles were broken, and the sofa was filthy — it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The whole place felt completely neglected and unhygienic. To make things worse, getting a refund through Booking.com was extremely difficult. The host didn’t respond to messages, and Booking’s support offered little help. I wasted time, money, and nerves on this awful experience. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and honesty — stay away from this place. It’s a shame such an apartment is even listed on Booking

Nice apartment with great shower. Close to all bars and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to market square. The check min process was easy, details sent to email including room key box number. The only thing was the Lift was out of order, in line with previous reviews. if you are above the first floor it can be a long trip up the stairs but apart from that no complaints

I visited Krakow and stayed at the Dada premium Aparthotel with my husband, e we arrived before our check in time, and the apartments was very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage in the secure room, when we entered our room it was very clean and tidy
