Très bien placé chambre confortable avec machine à café lit King site accueil avec bonbons café petit déjeuner complet réception Très accueillant à l écoute des clients vraiment je le conseille merci a casuel.

The location is okay, close to some big shops, architectural buildings (cathedrals) and close to the main square

The staff are great just to note that first, it's the place itself that's the problem for me. I probably should have researched it better but the beds are awful, like old gym mats, zero comfort, the breakfast is basic and if you're unfortunate enough to be on the ground floor in summer it stinks, we had to move to what could have been a worse room, ongoing building work right outside. The bathroom door got stuck closed and the handle came off then trying to open it

The location is absolutely fantastic. Everything we visited was a 5-20 min walk away. Very close to the city centre (5-10 min walk). The room was lovely and modern. Very clean. Lovely staff, they changed our room from double to twin after a request. Always very warm and welcoming. They noticed we didn’t want the room cleaned and left a note outside to let us know we can request towels etc from the desk, which was very kind of them. Gave a complimentary bottle of Spritz and chocolate on arrival, with a lovely note.

Only downside is that the doors to the balcony were very old and thin, so you could hear every single thing outside all night. It was very distracting and hard to sleep due to this.

Good hotel with excellent staff and very comfortable beds. Only negative is the location as it's on a main & busy road which makes it hard to unload and load luggage but close to the historic district & the amazing park. Trade offs!

Me encantó la ubicación. Aunque si vas en coche, tienes que ir con tu equipaje desde el parking que los más cercanos están a 3 minutos solo. Fui con mi hijo de 22 meses y me colocaron una cuna y dejaron un detalle en la habitación como bienvenida. Con balcón y vista a la plaza de la reina. Excelente.

La ubicación Excelente y el trato. Las camas muy cómodas y la ducha
