Casual Socarrat - Adults Only Hotel

Customer service. The hotel front desk staff made my stay truly exceptional. Every person I encountered was warm, professional, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring that guests felt welcome and cared for. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything I needed made this one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have had.

Breakfast didn't give any other option but scrambled eggs We asked for boiled eggs but they said they don't have them.

Great location, in the heart of Valencia (walking distance from the cathedral). Staff is nice, particularly the breakfast lady was very sweet. Breakfast is ok, nothing extraordinary but adequate. We found it a bit expensive but are not familiar with Valencia prices so ultimately can’t really benchmark it with other alternatives. Overall it was a good place to stay because of its location, and no major issues to spoil our stay.

Bed was not very comfortable. Room was next to a storage closet so we would hear noise repeatedly very early in the morning. The light right outside our door would stay on during the whole night, so we needed to put our bags on the door to try to block light from coming in under the door. Elevator is a bit unreliable at times, doors didn’t open twice during our stay, but after pressing the button and insisting it would open.

Frühstücksbuffett überschaubar. Sehr laut im Zimmer. Preis-/Leistung für unsere Empfindungen nicht gegeben.
