Extended Stay America Select Suites - Raleigh - RDU Airport

It looks nothing like the pictures!!! When arriving even though it is non smoking room, the room smelled completely like cigarette smoke. The carpet was dirty and the light in the restroom did not work. My partner and I had to pee and shower with the door open to get light from the kitchen. We felt uncomfortable the whole trip. We had sprayed the bed down with Lysol that we came with. We were from out of town and didn’t expect to have to stay in such a terrible hotel.

Bugs and smelly.

I stayed here for a night and then used the location for a trip to see my First born grandson. I normally stay at Choice for the loyalty program but a friend referred me and it was not a bad decision. It worked for what i needed I was able to warm up food and go and the rooms was a lot bigger than expected.

Work nice location the girls make sure it's all good I travel all over and glad I stay here they staff is always attentive. It's only five minutes away from the job. I am going retire sk the hotel make it easy thanks I'll be here for a year ready for new upgrades

One of the worst customer experiences of my life. They only allow check-in until 10 PM (never heard of that for a hotel, let alone one adjacent to an airport). The app said check-in was until midnight, got there at 11 and was stranded. Had to book a last minute hotel somewhere else. Avoid at all costs, there was a nicer Hampton Inn just down the street that has 24 hour check in and better customer service

Not worth a dime.

Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Tub/shower valve did not engage properly, pushing only ~20% of water through the shower head. Elevator hallway smelled of urine and weed. Disgusting experience.
