Nothing. I wish there was a zero rating.

The room was dirty and filled with smoke smell (despite being a 'smoke free room"). I am an asthmatic and had breathing difficulty in just staying 5 minutes in the room. I tried calling the help desk but the telephone provided in the room was not working. I called the number provided on the website and they advised me to walk to the front desk and talk. Although the front desk offered to move me to another room, the replacement room smelled the same. They refunded the amount and we checked out and to find another hotel/room (not through booking.com). The whole experience was so bad. Will take ratings on booking.com with a grain of salt going forward.

1. Property/Unit was stinky (Cigarette). 2. Not a box of tissues (can you believe it!!) 3. No hair dryer 4. No iron and iron board 5. No exhaust fan with bathroom (yes you read right!!) 6. No cooking utensils for usage (option was to buy instead!!!!why would I buy and carry with me… if so I would have brought it myself at the first place) This will be our last time staying in extended stay ever

Just bad overall. Sticky floors, POTENT and PERMANENT cigarette smell, strands of hair in the bed. Just bad overall. Staff was very nice though. Also there’s no 24 hr service, so if you need something the staff can’t help

As soon as I opened the room door it was an odor(old smell) in the room. There was one bar of soap. The carpet is super dirty and the carpet is hazardous due to it being rips in it. I paid $253 to stay in a uncomfortable room. It was 10:55 am when the housekeeper banged on the door as if we wasn't already aware of the check out time. Honestly,I wouldn't recommend 2700 Slater as a location to stay. The front desk lady was nice but everything else is a thumbs down.

"Perfect location"

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for me since it’s very close to the airport. Everything went smoothly — I would definitely stay here again!
