So much was not working I’m so disappointed with my stay I will not even return to that location

It’s a very cozy element with a business like feel to it.

I had no complaints about this property. It served its purpose.

The staff was pleasant. I liked the furniture in my room.

My room had no wash cloths. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. The shower head was old, dirty and rusty. The towels and sheets had stains. Someone dropped scrambled eggs in the elevator and it stayed there for 3 days. I don't like shower curtains. My room had a shower curtain. My brother's room down the hall had a shower door.

Short stay but it was pretty perfect for the price point. We had plenty of elbow room and the checkin was easy and friendly. Room seemed clean. They might wanna have the elevator looked at cause it sounds pretty creaky and groany. Other than that, no complaints.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower faucet handle was a bit finicky to get the right temperature of water, and the lighting could be brighter. The hair dryer should be replaced, the plastic part was sticky when being held. Breakfast choices were good, and the area was always being kept clean. Check-in and check-out were quick and pleasant.

Older property in average condition; friendly staff and good breakfast. Clean. Only thing is some of the people staying there are sketchy looking, but there is not much that can be done about that. Convenient location right there at Beltway 8 near Westheimer.
