It's well located and has a good price for Canada. There's a kitchen you can use and coffee/tea available for breakfast. The owner was helpful with changing the room.

The noise in one of the rooms is unbearable - it's not possible to sleep there. I moved to another room, I could still hear the noise but I managed to fall asleep in the end, probably due to time difference vs Europe. The kitchen/common area is not that super clean and a sofa there is damaged.

"A sleeper hit for those on a budget."

Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, with plenty of amenities available for daily living. The value you get is unmatched, especially with it being in a great location.

Nothing. Can't complain or even say "you get what you pay for", since you get a lot more than what you paid for.
