Standard for the price.

Avoid. Standard for the price BUT the noise was next level. My room was next to the house heater system and it was like a freight train going full boar all night. Even with ear plugs it was impossible to sleep.

Floors, walls, bathroom, lightswitch screws punctured wite and gave an electric shock on touch

Its location was 5 mins drive from McMasters. The pre-arrival instructions were fantastic and the communication was prompt and informative from the host. I had a complete 100% contactless arrival and departure which was also appreciated as I arrived in the early hours. The shower unit was awesome. Amazing temperature and pressure! Lots of parking on the side streets but if during fhe week it’s 2hr stay max but I just moved the car a couple times Kitchen had full facilities which was appreciated and there is a mini mart opposite the property so was able to buy cereal and milk.

The room walls were very thin. Let’s just say that the couple in the room opposite had an amazing time - twice at 11pm at night and 4.30am - safe to say I pretty much heard every word and sound. Then someone got up at 5am for a shower and bedroom 3 is right next to the washroom so that stopped some of the noise from the happy couple, but then he decided to have a full blown conversation at the top of his voice in the corridor before leaving the property at 5.30am. The mattress and pillows were quite solid so if you prefer softer bed items maybe this isn’t the place for you.

Affordable, clean and came with towels and water bottles

At night with the door closed light from the hallway would show throw the space between the door and the frame.
