Would like to say thank you very much for a wonderful staff including Keri Lynn Forbes. Keri went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met which included fixing issue I had with my original room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Recently during a stay the room was given an extra $250 in charges! After 2 weeks of daily calls trying to get a manager, nothing changed. I was always met with anger. Two weeks, and when I finally spoke to the Head manager SELINA said, "I have work I could be doing instead of having this conversation". I work to.... which is why it was ridiculous the discussion took two weeks to happen. I thought I enjoyed my stay until they charged me (without ever informing me). Nope, not again.

TV in living room had no power

We enjoyed our stay here at this very clean hotel and with an exceptionally clean room. The breakfast buffet was very good with both hot and cold foods.The staff and their service were excellent. The only thing I would suggest is ask where the rooms are with dogs and get placed far from them. It appears they are on the first floor near the exit doors.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning could have been a little better, sand left on furnature, floors did not appear to be swept. Lots of leaves in the pool.
