Location was perfect, central to all the places I needed to get to

Room was not clean, property overall was rundown and dirty

The only thing we liked was the bed was comfortable

The reception staff was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! There was two individuals and both were horrendous. The card keys they issued us did not work - over and over! The reception person seemed to deliberately send me in the wrong direction with multiple incorrect information. I don't know if she was high or intoxicated or what! After my card keys did not work for the second time there seemed to be a friend across the counter from where I would have stood. They laughed at the card problem and then proceeded to mock me when I made a polite request for other keys. The room was very sparse and no available ice machine. I was told there were trays in the freezer in my room but there were none. The man who took over for the female at 1 am was openly hostile! I had never stayed at one of these hotels before and I will never stay at one every again. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
