Very quiet facility.There's no loud talking. People are respectful. Customer service is okay.

The card-key malfunction was annoying. The hotel has only one (1) luggage cart. I waited for three days for the cart that never showed up. The backdoor card reader malfunction so often that it's better to park in the front. No bottled water in the vending machine.
