Beautiful designed small hotel. Lovely inviting property. Very private with balconies & lots of plants . We had a large private patio & large plants ..very private. Modern rooms with wall size sliding doors. Very modern design. A friendly staff.

Very small. Only six rooms so not many guests to interact with. Staff spoke a little English but very friendly.

Absolutely adorable little hotel that is so peaceful and ideally located in the verdant Condesa neighborhood. The rooms are luxurious and large.

Nothing. But if you expect the amenities of a big hotel (concierge, gym, etc), don’t come here as it is just a small luxurious escape in the middle of the city.

communication through booking was difficult - the telephone number didn't work and they didn't respond to messages. When I managed to find a What App number then the communication was good. The shower in the downstairs room with Terrace took a very long time(10 min) to heat up.

Casa9 in Condesa is an exquisite boutique hotel, with great ambiance and all the comfort you could ask for, but most of all its staff is extraordinarily helpful and accommodating all our last minute requests. Roberto is a super host and manager. Without him we would not have had the unique and unforgettable experiences during this very busy season and he went out of his way to provide us with the best Day of the Dead experience one could dream. We are deeply grateful to him and the entire kind staff.

it felt like home

Great communication from the hotel staff to us before and during the trip. Not only does Casa 9 have a beautiful aesthetic, but the staff makes it comfortable and accommodating. There is always filtered water available in the lobby for free, as well as alcoholic beverages for a charge. The courtyard was a beautiful oasis in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious! We had the chilaquiles and the avocado toast. The coffee and pastries were great, as well! Our room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily. Casa 9 provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, as well as a hair dryer. We felt very comfortable with the security, as there is an outer door to the building, a lock on the Casa 9 section of the building, and then locks on each of the hotel rooms. It is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in La Condesa. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a really lovely time, all restaurants and bars are really closeby, walking distance. The breakfast area - cocktail lounge is absolutely stunning! A secret paradise behind a very old colonial facade!

We had a very nice stay at Casa 9. It is a beautiful and clean property. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is very good as well, near some excellent restaurant options. I would have given perfect scores but the “virtual” 24/7 concierge was not very responsive to us. I have only seen positive feedback on the concierge service in other reviews so we may have caught him during a bad time. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend Casa 9.
