Dirty room, one night I found a centipede and next morning a spider on my bed. the sink in the room was not working, they don't have a proper water system and sometimes there is no running water. I was trying to take a shower with the bucket and dipper they provided, but I could not because the bucket was oily and disgusting. I would have let all this pass if it wasn't for the fact that I had left 10 000 php in my bag instead of taking it to the beach, when I came back to the room half of the money was gone, luckily my laptop was still there. the room was just opposite where the staff live. they dont have cctv in the hallway where the rooms are. It was not a forced entry. the staff said they don't have a duplicate key but the police found one. The staff Nicole and Claris, he and she promised to return my stolen money in exchange I keep silence and do not get a police report. Later they still promised to return the money, until now they have not refunded what was stolen. The owner lives in Manila and she refused to speak to me.

no toilet flush, no shower, i asked for a Shower brush but maybe it was to hard to install it, so they prefer eating dry rice instead.

The staff were very friendly. Room was simple but clean. Bed was large and firm. Free drinking water. It's a bucket shower, which I was surprised about, but because the municipality only runs water at certain times of day, the bucket shower is actually better. Good location close to baywalk (small restaurants, cafes, amenities).

Wifi did not work in my room and connection to my mobile hotspot was not good. They offered to switch my room for a better signal, though, which was very kind. If you work online just be prepared that you won't be able to get work done in the room - make a plan, go to a cafe or somewhere else!

It’s very well located, within walking distance to SF centre. The room was clean and comfortable and our host was absolutely lovely; whatever we asked him for it was no issue at all, even though he did not speak English he would always find a way to help us.

It’s very run down, so is priced accordingly. A few nice touches could make it much better, and the Wi-Fi is quite slow. Be aware it is quite noisy at night and in the morning, motorbikes, children, barking dogs, crowing roosters, etc. but it’s the real Philippines! We felt very safe here during our stay.

It was cheap and had a good outdoor seating area.

No sink. No shower. Toilet didn't work properly.

Good location just around 15min walk to the town baywalk & market, comfy beds, quiet & all that you need, would stay here again for sure 😉👍

Close to center ,restaurant, exchange shop, laundry . Staff are very nice and helpful. The room is large enough for one or a couple . Has clean bath and cold shower . No air con but fan did the job . Good WiFi ,no noise and a lots of privacy.

Far from beaches ,

It was great for its price of less than 500. Super clean and just really what u expect. Good enough place to stay for the night just to sleep in. The staff were considerate and welcoming. Really near the “centro” or baywalk which was a superrrrrr nice place to chill at night.

The sink was not working and the fan was just on steady mode coz it was somehow broken.
