The location was fine

I got the wrong room. There was no shower. There was no water in the sink. I complained and was moved to another room the next day. According to my reservation there should have been a bathroom. There was no bathroom, only a shower with cold water. The staff was noisy until around midnight. When I left, there was no one at the reception. The front door was locked. A man in the street who must have had some connection to the place shouted, and after some minutes a man came and opened the door. He had probably been sleeping. Luckily there wasn't a fire. The guests would not have been able to leave the building.
