Great stay with attentive and helpful staff! Loved our vacation and time in Chicago!

We had a great time at this hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant downstairs. Myron was especially kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning on staying in the city.

Myron was the first and last impression of our stay, and he made it exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He handled everything seamlessly and made us feel cared for in a way that elevated the entire hotel experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who brings both efficiency and warmth to their role, and Myron does it effortlessly. He is a true asset to the hotel.

The corner room, 19 floor with lake view was spectacular, the staff friendly, highly recommended. The breakfast staff very friendly and courteous

The location is excellent. I had a King room with a view and it was worth every penny. You could see the lake and allits glory and had the contrast of the buildings and the snow. The room was uncluttered and looked elegant in a modern way. Came with robe and slippers. No microwave or additional space in the refrigerator to put a leftover. Also no ice without going down to the front desk to get it. They also were working on the fitness center floor and had rugsrolled up so it was a little hard to navigate. There’s an original pancake house right across the street. If you want to go out for breakfast in a Starbucks about two blocks away the restaurant was very attentive and the food was quite good. The Bellman, who I met when I was dropping off my bags was outstanding. He made me feel very welcomed and shepherded me through the whole from taking my bags to checking me in into taking me to my room and making sure I was settled in before he left. I would stay there again, especially if I wanted to go shopping on the Gold Coast. You literally walk out your door to all the important storesand lots of wonderful restaurants.

Ahmad provided exceptional customer service when we arrived for an unexpected stay due to a flight cancellation. He was superbly kind and went above and beyond to put us in an upgraded room well ahead of check-in time. This was greatly appreciated!

My stay was magnificent!! The staff were more than courteous and very helpful! Ahmad and Myron were very friendly. We were they for a wedding reception that was made perfect by the staff
