Novotel Hotel is absolutely fantastic—right in front of the lake with beautiful views, and just a short walk alongside the shops, cafés, and restaurants in the heart of Queenstown. Everything was within easy walking distance, which made traveling with children very convenient.

Location was great!

We asked for our air conditioning to be fixed as it rattled all night and no one came to fix it. So we ended up not having an air conditioner / heater. Bathrooms are outdated. The shower curtain was horrible.
