Location is exceptional. When we said the original room was not at all satisfactory this was resolved. The valet parking was as when we stayed before a few years ago superb and the staff great.

The fact our original room was on the far side in the darkest side with no sun or view. We are retired business people ion our 80's - but it was resolved. The charge for Valet parking is exorbitant - I am on a disabled label and need it - but there is no other sensible parking so available so this is a "I didn't like" But paid it - there was no choice - not good.
