Mercure Kakadu Crocodile

We were very impressed when we checked in with the feel of the reception and exceptional receptionists and the area with all the paintings displayed. The dinner we had in your restaurant was above expectation and the staff who waited on us were very efficient and personable . Our room was very clean, however bathroom needs to be renewed. Rating is definitely a 10/10

Seriously disappointed in the garden interior area of your Mercure Kakadu Crocodile Hotel. When we walked to our room I was shocked how dirty and unkempt your garden area was after booking into an impressive reception area. The plants are mostly dead, leaves everywhere, pavers filthy! Pool area was cleaner. You have so much that is excellent, however seriously let down by the garden interior. With better care it could be a highlight of your hotel.🌴

Rooms were spacious and clean. Could walk to the supermarket. In between the sites we planned to visit. Pool was good.

Even though the food was amazing, it was so expensive and could really add up if you chose to eat there three times a day, which we didn’t and no cheap options. Not sure how families managed.
