Eureka Inn, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The Eureka Inn has a lot of historic charm and character, and you can tell the property really leans into its history. I loved seeing the photos and names of notable people who have stayed there over the years, and the building itself definitely has that old, grand hotel feeling. The location was great, and the staff was absolutely phenomenal — warm, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish.

The property definitely has historic charm, but some areas could use a little polishing. The room decor felt dated and a bit tacky in places, and the breakfast area was not very inviting, so we chose not to eat there. For the price, I expected a few more updated touches, but the staff and location were excellent.

I loved the history of the Inn

When we checked in the pool was closed for the season it said. The restaurant and lounge were closed also. Our room was very small and only lukewarm water in the bathroom.

This is a clean museum.

The breakfast could be better.
