"Old world charm in Eureka!"

This hotel makes you feel like you traveled back in time! It retains its charm and grandeur from when the building first opened as a hotel in the 1920s. We were impressed by the sitting room with cozy fireplace, which was a perfect place to relax in the evenings. Rooms are basic but updated and are comfortable. Parking is available on site with an overflow lot behind the property. Good location in Eureka, close to old town and the boardwalk. Free continental breakfast includes the basics and coffee. Would certainly stay here again!

Beautifully appointed inn. Extremely charming with nicely refurbished furniture. Comfortable bed. The only demerits were that it took forever (like 5 minutes) to get hot water running, which is crazy in a drought-impacted state like California & breakfast was meh.

"Beautifully preserved historic Inn in the heart of Eureka"

We had a clean room on the third floor, it was pleasantly appointed, quiet and warm. The Inn is fantastic, it is great to see it remodeled and open to the public again. I love this place for its rich history and gorgeous lobby! All done up for Christmas, a visual treat! Also they have placed historical relics in different areas so you can read about the history of the Eureka Inn. We would love to see the restaurant and bar reopened as well.

Bed was hard. :(
