"This is a lovely elegant hotel in the downtown core. 15 mins from the airport."

The bed! The room service breakfast. The quiet heating/cooling/fan.

The room service menu for my second night was missing and front desk sent me on a wild chase to find one. It would have far more efficient for her to take care of it and gotten an attawaytogo at the same time.
