The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection

Daily housekeeping was unreliable. Several times no one showed up. I had to call and get someone to come by a refresh supplied and asked that a supervisor make sure daily housekeeping was performed. That did occur the next day, but was missed again the following day. I expect better from this hotel. The construction did impact the experience. Limited bar area, no restaurant seating. Broken tiles and unstable tiles on path from the valet. The extent of the construction was not clearly communicated when the room block was set up. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was particularly pleased with the caliber of the valet service. Very friendly and efficient. Specific shout out to Manny for his excellent service. Overall, the room was very nice and comfortable. One area of improvement would be the lighting; it was inadequate and did not sufficiently illuminate the room.

While the stoneleigh has been around for a while they are in the middle of a major renovation. What doesn’t need renovating is the amazingness of Kaylynn who is one example of the great team that works at the hotel. She is always someone to seek out if you need any assistance, she will help with a happy can-do. Let’s get it done attitude and always delivers. You can see her fingerprints on new people that have come along lately that she has trained making the entire staff even better.

Even though restaurant and bar were being remodeled we still enjoyed our stay. The Stoneleigh were all very accommodating especially Manny at the Valet stand! Great guy!

Very good experience despite the construction. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The valet, Manny was fantastic.

Manny was awesome! Car always pulled up quickly with a smile. It was nice to be able to come and go from the hotel without having to worry about waiting for my car. I would for sure stay at the Stoneleigh again. Everyone was so friendly and the location of the hotel is awesome

Of the five days we stayed there, only once they made the room, even if I asked at front desk every day to do it. We came back and the room wasn’t made and they didn’t even apologized. The pillows are awful full of hard balls. There was no hair conditioner in the shower, and they only put hand soap once, they’re supposed to check everything. The room has a great size but with no good service it’s not enough. We deserved a compensation for the bad service, but as I said not even an apology.

Rooms were clean neat and high end

The "restaurant" was terribly Understaffed. They had one poor man working this so-called restaurant. tons of guest for parent's weekend and there's this make-shift restaurant/bar in the middle of the lobby with ONE person working the whole thing. You can't get a drink before 5pm..and you'll wait in a long line for that one drink.

We had a great stay at Le Meridien! The staff is very friendly and accommodating!! Manny at the Valet station was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. Highly recommend!
