The location was great

Our room was located on the ground floor, directly beside the breakfast station. Unfortunately, this meant we were disturbed by loud conversations, clattering cutlery, and general noise early in the mornings and late at night. The creaky floorboards from guests above added to the disruption, and despite requesting a quiet room when booking, there was no staff available 24/7 to help manage the situation. On top of that, building work was taking place during our stay, which made it nearly impossible to get proper rest over the four nights. When we raised these concerns with staff, they simply shrugged and said there was nothing they could do.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans notre hôtel à Chiang Mai. L’emplacement était parfait : calme, mais proche du centre et des temples. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec une literie très agréable. Le personnel était adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. On a pu laisser nos sacs pour profiter de la journée, et tout était très simple et fluide. L’hôtel était idéal pour se reposer entre deux grosses journées d’excursions, et on s’y est sentis vraiment bien. Un très bon rapport qualité‑prix, on recommande sans hésiter.

The design of the property and rooms makes it feel luxurious. I liked the self-serve breakfast concept and am still dreaming of the banana muffins.

Beautiful house, with lovely common are and thw best location you could look for in Chiang mai old city. Located in a quite alley but just 100mts away from main street with literally everything (7 eleven, best washer that i found and best wxchange rate + numerous restaurants). You can walk everywhere Rooms were super spacious and impecably clean. The bed and pillows were the best I experience in tailand Also had a great air conditioning and frezeer to put cold water Its a super chill vibe, no party. I havent seen other guest. Perfect to relax. Breakfast is available from 7 to 10, self service and then ypu clean your plate. It has the basics for toas, juice, water and some delicious cupcakes. Highly recommended and will be back if i can
