Definitely staying again. So close to everything we needed. Especially if you're doing concerts/games at Metlife stadium, perfect setup. 10/10 highly recommend.

The hotel is very clean and well-located. However, the front desk staff provided a very poor experience. They were unable to locate my reservation and even went so far as to suggest that I might be attempting a scam, simply because I had booked through Orbitz — a platform they claimed not to recognize. Check-in took over two hours, and the staff handled the situation with a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Eventually, it was discovered that the issue was with their system, not with my reservation.

It was a horrible experience for me and my family, it's on the highway so you have to play Russian roulette coming and going, my debit card info was stolen the first night I was there and I had to order another card, the toiletbowl couldn't flush sometimes, some of the electric sockets didn't work, the pool was shut down for GOD knows what and we where there for two weeks, the breakfast was horrible... All in all it was one of the worst experiences of my life staying in hotels and I advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague.

"Great midrange hotel"

Great hotel for the price. Everything was clean and modern and in great shape. Did not go to the restaurant but the continental breakfast was well stocked. Online check in was great and love the digital key. Strangely, there was no hand soap for the sink, which is odd but otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.
