Clean and cozy

Everything to my expectation.

The only thing was that there was no microwave in the room..

The spacious room.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

This property appears to be very well kept and up to date. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Worth a return.

I stayed 3 months for work. I had a wonderful stay. The shining gem was the front desk staff. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and great to interact with. I will most definitely be back.

The front desk receptionist was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve never felt so dismissed at a place that’s supposed to help. Her name is Sarah (or Sara), and from the moment I walked up to the counter, her attitude was cold and impatient. She should be fired immediately. Not only was she rude, but she kept cutting me off mid-sentence, wouldn’t make eye contact, and acted like I was wasting her time. When I asked simple questions about the appointment process and paperwork, she ignored them or gave clipped, vague answers. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated.
