Hyatt Place Atlanta / Alpharetta / Windward Parkway

After a NIGHTMARE at another hotel, we came to Hyatt on Windward parkway Alpharetta… thank God we did!! ALEX at the front desk was amazing, had a room ready and within minutes we were in an awesome cool room. My Granddaughter was there for soccer from (Fl) and we immediately had a place to allow her to stretch and cool down before big game. After game, MALCOM at the bar (well he was all over the place.. exceptional employee) made us MUCH NEEDED night caps, while working front desk AND filling orange water in lobby and fresh pool towels!! The pool area was clean, breakfast was outstanding, and IMANE’ at the morning front desk was amazing!! Flawless! Heard some people complaining a little about the pool being closed for a few hours for Employee APPRECIATION party!! That’s why they have such a clean hotel with impeccable guest hospitality!!!! These are the best employees I’ve witnessed in a while… treat them good, they are GREAT employees!!! This hotel should be minimum 5 stars… for service alone. THANK YOU!!! We’ll definitely stay here again. Sadly, you won’t find great service like this very often these days. Kudos to the EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION!!! You seriously have the BEST!! 👍

Wish the pool was heated. But it was nice and clean.

My first stay last year was good so booked again but it was worse than expected. This time stayed with my family and informed the front desk guy who checked us in to refill bath towels every day without fail but never happened the next day. My wife went down and reminded them in person but nothing. I had to call them up in the afternoon and once again ask them mentioning it's not yet provided to our room. Only after that we received them finally. So it's quite clear that the front desk staff were not following up on whether they are done or not after making a note of it which is what they do in other hotels and it's bare minimum expected. Also the refrigerator was not cooling enough even though it was kept on highest setting of 5. This is not a big deal for us but informed the front desk while checking out. As usual the breakfast was delicious and fulfilling with nice quality than the other hotels I had stayed as a Globalist.

The top hotel in Alpharetta in my opinion, and as a business owner and traveler I have visited a few hotels in my time, this is a great place for family, business meetings, reunions, whatever the occasion is, please don’t hesitate to contact and book a room at this awesome location!
