"Disappointed then blown away!!"

Front desk person (Malcomb) was a joy. We intended to stay at our fav Hyatt Place hotel but it was sold out and we were disappointed with having to choose another location last minute. In less than 30 mins before we arrived I made the reservation and requested a room that we really needed on this trip and I was pleasantly shocked when we arrived and Malcomb greeted us as said the room we requested is ready for us. Wow! Malcomb was exceptional throughout our entire stay!! The next pleasant surprise was the overall cleanliness of the hotel and how quiet the rooms were even though the location is close to restaurants and a busy street. Hyatt Place Windward is now our fav hotel in Alpharetta.
