Hyatt Place Boston - Medford

At 1 am on 16th March, I woke up feeling stuffy, only to realize that electricity of the room was cut off. After calling front desk, I was told that the entire hotel was in a blackout. This was the case when I checked out at 6 am. Just surreal and a real nightmare.

Ramona was great. I’ve stayed at this location a few times, and she always remembers me. She was extremely welcoming and made sure that I took advantage of the complimentary breakfast when I was running late. She was the highlight of my stay at this hotel.

The lady greeting , everyone at breakfast was amazing.

Construction workers using the same elevator as everyone else, water pressure, the bed and pull-out sofa were not comfortable at all.

I stayed at the Hyatt Place for 4 months recupurating from an ankle injury. I was thrilled with the level of service. From the front desk staff, who were so lovely and helpful to the housekeeping staff who were pleasant and helpful. Shout outs to housekeeper Marie D. Aisleigh at the front desk, Ramona the magnificent breakfast manager, and especially Jurell on the front desk who is thoughtful, winsome and a customer service expert. My room was clean and comfortable and handicapped accesible. I would highly recommend this hotel with it's great customer service and proximity to Boston.

I liked my room, 24 hour gym access, location was good

The hotel ran out of towels which was very inconvenient, and the staff at the front desk didn’t want to help when I asked for assistance.
